About the Founder
Yash Shah is the Founder and CMO of HumbleWalking, Mumbai's study abroad consultancy helping students navigate university admissions, visa processes, and test preparation for all abroad universities.
Yash's own path into international education began with lived experience, not theory. He pursued his postgraduate degree in Business Management at Lambton College in Canada, going through the very process — applications, visas, adjusting to a new country — that HumbleWalking now guides students through every day.
Before founding HumbleWalking, Yash built a career at the intersection of finance and global education, working as a Top-200 QS-ranked Global University Consultant and holding a role at Scotiabank. That combination of financial rigor and deep familiarity with international university systems shaped how he approaches the study abroad process: not as a generic checklist, but as a strategic, individualized journey from aspiration to admission.
Today, Yash leads a growing team at HumbleWalking, built on a simple premise — that expert guidance, grounded in real personal experience rather than templated advice, is what actually gets students into the right university, in the right country, for the right reasons.
